One area of racetrack memorabilia that many enjoy is glassware, but some go beyond that and have extensive collections.
One of the most expensive glasses from the KY Derby is the 99th running, and the winner was: Secretariat.
Another track to collect from is Saratoga. You can find just plain logo Saratoga glasses, the Travers, or other special races.
At the recent sell-off of Arlington Park items, glassware was available from everything like the Arlington Million, bar glasses, some from the Kentucky Derby to other events held over its lifetime. You can find glasses used in the dining room too.
Many other special events have all kinds of glasses. The Breeder’s Cup has an extensive selection of glassware available.
The Preakness and Belmont glasses are also available. Santa Anita is another one with special commemorative glasses.
If you like to collect from the defunct tracks, I have found stuff from Tropical Park, Suffolk Downs, Miles Park (junior derby), Calder, Hialeah, Narragansett, Keystone, Longacres, Sportsman’s Park, Hollywood Park, and others.
This is a short list of what’s available from racetracks. There are plenty of items available with generic horse racing too.
