Rich’s Ranks

Raec 1 – 1 Mile 70 Yards, 19 races, 15 won by speed, 4 w2w – PP: Big Rail Edge, 2/3 almost fair, 4-7 a little bonus, 8+ no wins

6 – FULCO – interesting comment, one whack, tons the best, that was his first race on regular dirt and was at Indy

1 – BLUERIDGE TRAVELER – ships in from OP, some mid race improvement in last,  the only horse with any early race improvement, rides the 27% winning rail – Top EP and LP#s

3 – ROMPED – won his last at distance/track/surface, some regression in his last in the first half, but major LP gains

5 – COPPER KING – could be better in his second off the bench, ITM 9/12 at the distance

Race 2 – 6 Furlongs, 33 races, 26 won by speed, 8 w2w -PP: slight rail penalty, rest are mostly fair

7 – WARIS – ran better numbers in 6f in mud than 5f on a fast track, missed as the favorite in last, tr Michell Elliott rebounds at 22%

2 – MOSE DEFINITELY – dropping in class, making 4 YO debut, some strong works getting ready

1 – KENZIE LOU – significant 2/4f improvement in last race, 2/0-0-2 at INDY

5 – NEOQUEEN –debut had top EP numbers for this group before fading

Race 3 – 6 Furlongs, 33 races, 26 won by speed, 8 w2w -PP: slight rail penalty, rest are mostly fair

7 – SWEET JUSTICE – TLRSP# and drops in class for his 3rd start off the bench, a 30% winner for tr Randy Klopp

2 – AMERICA RULES – was a little better ATB in her last on a sloppy track with better times at 6f vs 5f

3 – TAPPIN INTO SUMMER – hasn’t been close since winning her maiden 5 races ago, drops to the lowest level of her career, LP improvement in her last gives hope for a big run

6 – RE ANTE -won maiden debut and ran competitively vs good comp in the next two starts before struggling – 3 YO debut with 31f of OK works getting ready

Race 4 – 6 Furlongs, 33 races, 26 won by speed, 8 w2w -PP: slight rail penalty, rest are mostly fair

3 – Z ZS RED – speed numbers are so much better than any of the others, if she just runs the same race as the last 2, one of the others will have to make a huge leap to be better

2 – IDAREYOUTODANCE – was well bet in debut, going back to dirt sprint after running 1 mile on turf – OK work between races

5 – GIO’S BABY GIRL – has the best LP#s by a wide margin, will pass all faltering speed

1 – SIGNATURE STREET – same story as number 2

Race 5 – 6 Furlongs, 33 races, 26 won by speed, 8 w2w -PP: slight rail penalty, rest are mostly fair

2 – EL CARDINAL – LS – track and class dropper from GP, showed EP in 2 of 4 start, has a bullet Indy work on May 31, 1st Lasix – shocker?

7 – YANKEE MISCHIEF – drops in class coming off the TLRSP# and ITM 8/0-1-3 – 50% highest hit rate in the field

3 – MR CLINE – only MSW to MCL dropper in he field, was 2-1 favorite in Debut, makes you wonder why they are drooping a horse that cost 47K into 12.5 claimer in 2nd start?

9 – JOE’S CALLING – tough call over the 5, but 1st time starter with strong work pattern

Race 6 – 1 1/16 Miles Turf, 1 race won by speed from 2/3 posts

8 – GO BIG GREEN – TLRSP# and gets a weight break, INDY 3/0-0-2, was fav in last at INDY but had some in race issues

11 – MILLER’S MAIDEN – went w2w to get a win at 1 1/8 miles on TB turf, has a bullet work since, jy Edgar Morales winning at crazy 27%

1 – BUMBLE OF LOVE – last race was no good, but INDY 4/3-0-0 on grass, and 2/2 at the distance, both on Indy Turf

Race 7 – 6 Furlongs, 33 races, 26 won by speed, 8 w2w -PP: slight rail penalty, rest are mostly fair

8 – SCOTTY’S ON EDGE – won debut at INDY, tried 100K non graded in round 2, went to bench in September, Eddie C angle, bullet work 2 back, maintenance work afterwards

1 – CIBOLO – a huge SP# jump in last race following a 9-month layoff after debut. If he runs the same race, only the 8 has numbers to compete, but a bounce is in play

6 – TAPADERA – tough start in his last at this level, was well bet and we’ll see if he can rebound to debut form

3 – REMEMBER HYMN – 3rd start after a layoff, 23% angle in 116 races for tr Cipriano Contreras, well above his 16% overall rate, has some EP and 1st time gelded with 2nd best INDY numbers on dirt

Race 8 – 1 1/16 Miles Turf, 1 race won by speed from 2/3 posts

12 – ZIPSY ROSE LEE – hope for improvement in her second start after a layoff, much better fractions lin last

2 – MAMALA KAMALA – a maybe horse, maybe the move to turf is the answer – compared to all the others, it’s a reason the horse could surprise
