Race 1: 1 1/8 Miles – Bias: Only 2 races, both won by speed

10 – ORDER OF MERIT – TLRSP#, Drops in class, bullet work on Oct 11

3 – ARISTOCAT – better EP#s and fractions for the first half mile

4 – HEIR TO GREATNESS – drops in class and has some of the best EP & LP

8 – GO VIRTUAL – was much improved in the first half mile, really nice work in last

Race 2: 7 Furlongs – Tactical outside to inside out Speed

8 – SWEET TRUFFLES – Tie TLRSP# and was better ATB

1 – TYRONA – other to tie for TLRSP#, MSW to MCL dropper, maybe better in R2 off the bench

9 – POUT – down in class, showed EP in last four, gets 1st Lasix – Nick Zito 0-66 in 2022 – wanted to rank higher

3 – OPEN SAYS ME – is an EP horse in a race with more closers than speed, should be involved early and has top EP/LP combo

Race 3: 5 ½ Furlongs – Bias: Outside Speed

5 – SISTER ANNIE – TLRSP# and Drops in class, 2^nd off the claim for tr Eddie Kenneally w 8/19

2 – TIPSY GAL – strong fractions in last, lone P horse in the field, could be better in 2^nd off the break

6 – MUSIC CITY STAR – Kee 2/0-1-0, won21 only race at the distance, at times has superior EP

7 – DULCIMER DAME – difficult call over the 3, but I am going with the KY horse over the Minnesota horse

Race 4: 6 Furlongs – Bias: Outside Speed

9 – ZAP MOTION – drops into 1^st time claiming, tr Jonathan Thomas win 1^st claiming at 27% and 33% in claiming overall

5 – STEELY DANZA – Left Arrow Horse, has run well fresh, like today, loves 2^nd place 12/1-6-0

4 – ORO DE MORO MORO – Left Arrow Horse, drops multiple classes, winner 8/17, some really good works since the last start

6 – MIDASWELLRUN – tough call over the 10, going with the more forwardly placed horse with the TLRSP#

Race 5: 5 ½ Furlongs Turf – Bias: Only 5 races, Outside Speed 

8 – AMERICAN STARLET – drops in class, has plenty of EP and some of the best EP/LP combos

4 – ONLY KIDDING – has run well off the sidelines, very consistent performer, fast track 6/1-2-2

7 – QUARIA COMET – coming off KD maiden win – should be closing late, Charles Stat

3 – LAUGH AND PLAY – won three in a row and is another KD winner, TLRSP# and could be better in 3^rd off the bench

Race 6: 1 1/16 Miles – Bias: Tactical Speed and posts 1-7

6 – CYCLONE MISCHIEF – just missed in debut, should be on the gas from go to photo, ++ EP/LP edge

5 – WADSWORTH – finished behind top and third pick last out, part of entry that was favored, ran similar fractions at 1m as 7f, bullet work since

8 – PRESIDER – finished a neck behind top pick in last, two good maintenance works between starts

3 – SEEKING UNITY – Bullet and Go 1^st time starter, bullet in 2 of last 3 works

Race 7: 6 ½ Furlongs – Bias: Outside In Tactical Speed

6 – CHATTALOT – -LS – Could be pacesetter with all the scratches, becomes top EP/LP horse w/o 3

2 – HERE MI SONG – lone PC horse, Kee 2/1-1-0, 2^nd was by a hd, strong bullet work between races

7 – PREVALENCE – hasn’t run since May in a GI, the last time he had a very long break, he needed one, bullet work says maybe it’s different this time

1 – SOUTH BEND – lone closer that will pick off those that went too fast upfront, resume says regression is possible in second start off the bench

Race 8: 5 ½ Furlongs Turf – Bias: Only 5 races, Outside Speed

1 – SHANNON – missed by a head as BTN FAV in last, tr Brad Cox rebounds at 31%, could be pilot or co-pilot with the 9, has +EP/LP combo

9 – OPENING BUZZ – TLRSP at Del Mar, a pair of nice Keeneland works since moving east

7 – GAMBLING CAT – Pressure horse with the top LP, should have plenty of speed to chase, usually close just a touch too late to win

6 – KANT BELIEVE IT – no other way to put it, but the last was terrible, going to try turf for the 1^st time, two really good works between races suggest we toss the last
