Where Terry and Rich Agree

There are some interesting overlaps on Thursday night, starting immediately with Stay for the Boom in Race 1. Terry puts the 10 on top while Rich also ranks him first as the SIM favorite with the most upside and a +7 Total Pace advantage.

Race 2 brings even more agreement. Sussudio and Heart Spin are both among Terry’s top three and Rich’s top three, while Terry alternate Galatina is Rich’s second-ranked horse and a potential longshot.

The maiden races also produce several shared opinions. Terry likes Loaded for Bear in Race 3, while Rich makes him his top choice among a group of first-time starters. Terry’s longshot Enchanted Life becomes Rich’s second choice, and Terry alternate Avie Mo is Rich’s third.

Race 4 has a particularly interesting agreement: Terry identifies High Fashion Kate as his longshot, while Rich goes a step further and puts the potential pacesetter on top.

Then comes Race 5, where the two approaches nearly converge completely. Terry’s top pick Time in Motion is also Rich’s #1, backed by second-race Parability well beyond PAR. Terry’s Solar Horizon, American Veteran and Not for Long complete Rich’s top four.

Race 6 gives us another longshot crossover. Terry labels Ingleborough his longshot. Rich puts him on top, citing the drop, projected pace advantage and +6 Total Pace edge.

And the agreement continues into Terry’s Best Bet.

Terry makes #7 So Sandy his Best Bet of the Day in Race 7. Rich ranks So Sandy second behind No Bien Ni Mal, while both handicappers also use No Bien Ni Mal and Gould’s Gold prominently.
