Race 2- KANTHARTANA
Horse doesn’t seem to have any speed but the big drop in class should really help and this horses style should fit the tapeta surface very well. Seems to favor off the pace runners so hopefully I can get a good trip and make a big run.
Race 6- CAPRIDREY
This filly seemed to hang pretty bad once it made the lead last time but has been working out very forwardly it looks like and blinkers on should add some speed and hopefully keep her more focused late in the race. I’ll see what Saffie wants me to do but I’m guessing he will want me a little more forward today.
Race 9- ROSIE’S HALO
She showed some good run first time out. Hopefully moving to the dirt doesn’t effect her negatively and she can carry that same turn of foot over. If she does the added distance should really help her. Also looks to be working very well since her last start. So I’d like to sit back where she’s comfortable and look for that run late
Race 10- MISS YOU ELLA
This horse has been lacking early speed but there looks to be a lot of speed in this race so could really go in my favor. Looks like he’s been trying to put some speed into her with those last two works. I’d like to be able to sit somewhat close mid pack and make a nice run.
Race 12- TREASURE KING
Horse ran a very good number in that stake at Tampa, I hope he can carry that same performance here against open company. There’s plenty of speed here too so I’d expect to be mid pack somewhere and look for a trip.
