Jockey and HorseRacingToday.net friend, Tyler Conner shares his thoughts on his mounts tonight at Penn National Racetrack:

Race 2– DOMINANT FACTOR
I don’t know anything about this horse, I’ve never sat on him but looks like he doesn’t have any speed. So, I’ll just try to break good, stay within range and try to run by them late!
Race 4– YES FOR LESS
As you can see this horse hasn’t run a step for me. He’s shown some interest his last two starts so I plan on breaking sharp and try to sit right off the pace. Looks like maybe the 2/3 are the speed so hopefully I can stay close, and he finishes well for me.
Race 6– OUR SWEET PEA
I’d really like to be aggressive with this horse just like last time. There is some speed in the race which might affect my trip but she’s the type of horse I have to stay after most of the race. she really improved in her last start, and I hope it put some confidence in her.
Race 7– NEWS ITEM
Another horse I know nothing about. He hasn’t shown much run yet, so I’ll just go by what the trainer tells me. He appears to have no speed, so I’ll try to break well and see where he puts me.
Race 8– POCOPSON STATION
This horse has been running well for me. Couldn’t catch the speed horses last time so I’m hoping for a slowing pace tonight to give me a chance to stay closer early. He was very game two starts back so I know he will fight if he’s next to a horse. He tends to hang on his left lead down the lane, so I’d like to fix that just to get a little extra from him.
