Race 1- STORMY BONNIE
Should be able to get a similar trip as last time just behind the speed. Hopefully from the 1 hole I can work out a good trip for him and get him clear when it’s time to run.
Race 2- MISS STREET
She didn’t do much running first time out, but the drop should really help her and it’s a pretty bad race. With a stalking trip I’m hoping to save enough horse to finish with and see what we can do.
Race 3- AIN’T MISBEHAVIN
Like always I’m going to leave the gate pretty aggressively. There’s more speed than I’d like in this race so if I can be close early on and get him clear around the second turn, he should have a nice run the last 1/4 mile. I can’t get boxed in on this horse or he won’t do much running.
Race 4- HASHTAG WINNING
I seem to be the only real closer in the race, so I’ll let him settle the first part and try to make a big run. I hope there is a duel up front to give me something to run into.
Race 5- BIRD TRAFFIC
This filly is really coming around. Ran a big race for me last out and I expect the same today. There’s plenty of speed so I’ll just be patient with her and look for that nice turn of foot around the far turn and should be in a good position to run them down.
R6- CHARGING LION
Another one where I’ll just sit off the speed, there’s plenty in here it looks like but he’s pretty tactical and seems to respond well. So, I’ll try to get a good stalking trip and hopefully have something to finish with
Race 7- WOW FACTOR
The outside post really helps with this horse. She doesn’t like to be covered up, so I plan on breaking aggressively and try to get in front. If I can get her clear early on, I expect to be tough to beat.
Race 8- SILENT FLUIDITY
From the inside I should get a very similar trip to last out with this horse. There’s not a ton of speed so I’d like to settle just in behind and run by them when it’s time. She’s fresh right now so I expect her to run well.
