Meydan Racecourse Horse Racing Tips and Commentary

Race 1 – Good Luck – Arabian Horse Race.

Race 2

9 – Silent Speech – layoff coming into here, winner at track and you have the team of Buick/Appleby.

7 – Boomshalaa – good 3rd for first start at track, favorite last and should run well again.

4 – Bouttemont – drops in class and for good reason, not showing much but has races over the track.

Race 3

5 – Mimi Kakushi – won the last 2 at track, speed and the one to beat

1 – Ami Please – shipper from Santa Anita ran good 3rd last, may need a race but looks best of rest.

3 – Awasef – ran 2nd last out, 3 races all in the money finishes.

Race 4

6 – New Kingdom – big move to get 3rd but looked the winner late, first race at the track and may be short of fitness in last race. Favorite

1 – Fastnet Crown – 4th last out at this level, first race a track was in group 2. Will improve off last because he was 16th at top of the straight last out.

4 – Aegean Finale – Turkish horse who ran a good 2nd last out for the first start at the track. He good record with 13 starts 8 wins 3 placings.

Race 5

1 – Al Nayyir – big move late to get 4th from 11th, adds distance which I think will help.

10 – Siskany – won at this distance, ships in for this, looks good here.

7 – Global Heat – won at this distance two starts back but generally likes to run in the money than win.

Race 6

1 – Nations Pride – 5th in last start, the Breeders’ Cup Turf, grade 1 winner at Saratoga, and likes to run distance. Good first start after a layoff.

11 – Zagrey – ran 4th in the group 2 race last out, the first start at the track, and has won at this distance in France.

5 – Good Fortune – undefeated and moves up to group-level race.

Race 7

4 – Sifting Sands – drops after running last of 10 in group 2 last out. Moved to the dirt when he’s had success in the past.

2 – Fast Raaj – not much in his two starts at Meydan but loves the all-weather now will that form translate to the dirt, I think so.

1 – Ever Given – ran 4th in the last start on the dirt, good record at this distance, and needed a first start at the track.
